Prices are listed in euro and may change; only a written quote locks a fee for a defined scope.

Client engagements

Commissions begin when both parties agree scope and fees in writing (email is sufficient). You remain responsible for landlord permissions, building consents, and hiring licensed trades where works exceed styling.

We may pause work if site conditions are unsafe or if requested changes would breach planning or lease rules.

Intellectual property

Drawing sheets, title blocks, and written specifications prepared by the studio remain our intellectual property until fees for that stage are paid; you receive a licence to use them for your apartment project.

Do not republish our sheets as your own marketing without prior written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Irish law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from website use. For commissioned work, liability is limited to fees paid for the stage giving rise to the claim, except where law forbids such limits.

We are not responsible for supplier delays, transport damage arranged by others, or trades outside our contract.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute connected to humanconnection.sbs or our Galway studio services are governed by the laws of Ireland. Courts in Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
