Studio fees in euro for heritage apartment styling across Galway. Furniture and trade invoices are separate unless noted.

Travel beyond the city boundary is quoted before the visit. Salthill and Claddagh sit inside the standard on-site fee.

Package fees cover studio time and specification sheets. Client-purchased furniture and fabric are billed by suppliers directly.
How budgets usually split
For a typical Latin Quarter two-bed, clients often spend forty percent on seating, thirty on window treatments, twenty on rugs and lighting, and ten on small accessories. We show that split early so shopping stays balanced.
Georgian parlours with tall curtains skew higher on fabric metreage; stone cottages often need more joinery for storage under pitches.
Payment rhythm
Consultations are paid on the day. Packages take forty percent to start drawing, forty percent when specifications are approved, and twenty percent on placement day.
Invoices are issued from Human Connection Heritage with Irish VAT where applicable; bank transfer details appear on each invoice.
What we do not price here
Building works, electrical upgrades, and protected-structure applications need separate professionals. We can list allowances so your overall renovation budget stays coherent.
Antique purchasing trips outside Galway are day-rated at €450 plus travel when clients ask us to attend.
Getting a written quote
Email [email protected] with address type (stone cottage, Georgian, walk-up), approximate square metres, and which package interests you. We reply with a scoped fee within three working days.
Quotes remain valid for thirty days unless supplier price lists shift mid-season.
